All prices are in US dollars and shown before any tax that applies where you live. Checkout and card handling are performed by Stripe; we never see your card details.

Free trial — once per person

Astral Veil Plus includes a one-time 7-day free trial. Eligibility is checked on our servers against your account, so a trial cannot be started twice — including by cancelling and resubscribing. If you cancel during the trial you are not charged.

Renewals and cancellation

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled.
• You can cancel any time from the Plus page or the billing portal. Access continues to the end of the paid period.
• If a payment fails we retry; Plus benefits pause until payment succeeds.

Credits: guide time and extra shuffles

Guide time and extra shuffles are one-time purchases granted as credits to your account after the payment is confirmed. Credits do not expire while your account is open, are not transferable, and have no cash value. Unused credits from a refunded purchase are reclaimed.

Refunds

Contact support.astralveil@gmail.com within 30 days of a charge and we will review it. Where mandatory local consumer or distance-selling law gives you a stronger right of withdrawal, that law prevails. Consumed credits and completed readings may be deducted from a refund.

What Plus includes

New tarot readings beyond your free one, aura and AI guide sessions (each Plus guide session lasts up to 60 minutes and you can start a new one at any time), premium aura portraits, and full export of your reports. All guides are AI, not human advisors. Plus is a service, not a promise of any specific outcome — see the Terms of Use and AI Disclosure.

Purchased guide time

Guide time packs (5, 10 or 15 minutes, and the 4-Hour Guide Session) add minutes to your account balance. Minutes are only deducted when you start or extend a session with an AI guide; your first session with each guide includes free minutes. Each purchased session draws up to 15 minutes from your balance and can be extended. A started session runs on the clock until its time is used, even if you close the page. Unused balance carries over and does not expire while your account is open, and is kept if you cancel Plus. Refunded purchases remove the matching share of unused minutes.

Reshuffles

A reshuffle ($0.99) redraws the cards of a reading you already have. It is not a new full reading and does not reset your free-reading allowance.
