What Astral Veil is — and is not

Astral Veil provides tarot, astrology, aura, numerology, compatibility, and AI guide experiences for entertainment and personal self-reflection only. Nothing in the app is a statement of fact or a prediction of real events, and nothing is a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. Readings are creative interpretations. Decisions you take remain yours.

If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis line. Our guides are not emergency services.

Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use Astral Veil.
  • Keep your login credentials private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • One account per person. Accounts may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

Acceptable use

  • Do not upload photos of other people without their permission.
  • Do not use the app to harass, defraud, or impersonate anyone.
  • Do not attempt to bypass free limits, entitlements, or rate limits, or to probe or attack the service.
  • Do not scrape, resell, or republish readings as though they were professional advice.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit. You grant us the licence we need to process it in order to give you the reading you asked for, and to store your history so you can revisit it. See the Privacy Policy.

Payments

Subscriptions, guide time, and extra shuffles are described in the Billing Terms, which form part of these terms.

Availability and changes

We may update, add, or retire features. AI providers occasionally fail or rate-limit us; readings may be delayed or unavailable, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astral Veil is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on a reading. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory local consumer law.
