Who we are

Astral Veil is a spiritual self-reflection app offering tarot, astrology, aura, numerology, frequency tuning, and conversations with AI spiritual guides. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it. Questions: support.astralveil@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Account data — your email address and authentication records.
• Reading inputs — name, date of birth, optional birth time and birth place, your question, mood, and chosen category.
• Photos — only when you explicitly consent and upload one for a Soul Mirror aura reading or an Energy Match reading.
• Guide conversations — the messages you exchange with an AI guide, and optional short summaries used for continuity between sittings.
• Voice — audio you record is sent for transcription so we can turn it into text. We do not retain the raw audio.
• Billing — subscription status, purchases, and credit balances. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Support and data-rights requests — the message you send us and the address to reply to.

How we use it

• To generate your readings, portraits, and guide conversations.
• To remember your history so you can revisit it on your timeline and in your journal.
• To enforce free limits, subscription entitlements, and purchased credits.
• To answer your support messages and honour your data-rights requests.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your photos or conversations to train our own models.

Processors we share data with

• Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, and authentication.
• AI model providers, via the Lovable AI gateway — receive your reading inputs, photo, or conversation in order to produce a response.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
• Resend — delivery of support and data-rights emails.

Photos and biometric-adjacent processing

Soul Mirror and Energy Match require an explicit, recorded consent before any photo is processed. We use the image to produce an interpretive, artistic reading — not to identify you, and not to infer health, medical, or biometric conclusions. You can withdraw consent at any time on your data page, and you can request deletion of previously uploaded photos there too.

Retention

• Readings, journal entries, and timeline data: kept until you delete them or close your account.
• Guide messages and summaries: kept until you clear guide memory or close your account.
• Billing records: kept as long as required for tax and accounting obligations.
• Support tickets: kept up to 24 months.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data, withdraw consent, and object to processing. Use the Your Data page, or write to support.astralveil@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.

Children

Astral Veil is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

When this policy changes materially we update the version above and ask for fresh consent where consent is the basis for processing.
